These settings work for any @roldar.com mailbox.

Account settings #

Username: your full email address (e.g. name@roldar.com).
Password: your mailbox password.

iPhone, iPad or Mac #

Easiest: download the configuration profile. It sets up mail, calendar and contacts at once.

Set up with an Apple profile

Manual: Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account. Enter your name, address and password, choose IMAP, and fill in the servers from the table above.

Thunderbird (Windows, Linux, Mac) #

1. Download Thunderbird from thunderbird.net and install it.
2. Choose to add an existing email account.
3. Enter your name, full address and password, then click Continue. Thunderbird finds the settings on its own (IMAP).
4. Click Done.

If it doesn't find them, pick manual configuration and use the table above.

Outlook (Windows and Mac) #

Outlook finds IMAP and SMTP on its own (Autodiscover).

1. Open Outlook and add an account.
2. Enter your full address and password.
3. Outlook looks up the servers automatically.

If it asks for incoming and outgoing servers, use the table above. Username is your full email address.

Android #

1. Install Thunderbird for Android (also on F-Droid).
2. Enter your full address and password. It finds the settings on its own; if not, use the table above.

Calendar and contacts #

Same server, same username (full address) and password as mail.

iPhone, iPad and Mac #

Automatic: the Apple profile sets up calendar and contacts too.

Thunderbird #

1. Calendar: Calendar tab → New Calendar → On the Network. Username: your full address. Location: https://business117.web-hosting.com:2080. Click Find Calendars, enter your password and tick your calendars.
2. Contacts: Address Book → arrow next to New Address Book → Add CardDAV Address Book. Username: your full address. Location: same address. Enter your password and tick the address book.

Android #

Thunderbird for Android doesn't sync calendars or contacts yet. Use DAVx⁵:

1. Install DAVx⁵ (free on F-Droid).
2. Add an account → Login with URL and user name.
3. URL: https://business117.web-hosting.com:2080. Username: your full address. Password: your mailbox password.
4. Tick the calendars and address books to sync, then use your phone's Calendar and Contacts apps (e.g. Fossify).
